I'm sure he is paying taxes, and that is like charity. After all, some of that money ends up back into the hands of democrats, in the form of food stamps and such. Many Democrats don't pay taxes at all. Just look at Al Sharpton, and how long he has been ripping off the tax payers. Disgraceful...

Trump is doing this nation a great service. Jobs are up, illegal immigration is way down, wages are climbing, and we don't have a president that agitates and insults the business community. America doesn't have to decline any longer. You don't have to be ashamed of where you live, as democrats have been chased back to the dreary caverns in which they've emerged from. For the next 20 years, America will ridicule the Democratic party for their despicable effort to convert America into a 3rd world hell hole. Better luck next time, losers!

This seems like a potential BS Fake NEWS MSM ambush.

MSNBC sent a letter on March 8th asking for documentation by March 10th - then on the evening of March 10 they declare that Trump didn't answer. Trump might not have even gotten their request yet.

Give him a realistic timeframe to comply with said request and then throw a fit if he won't give proof.

However, to anyone who is honest - this reeks of a hit job.

He's the one who said he would do it. Why are you fine with his breaking that promise if that's the case?
Precisely.

Trump said he would release his taxes
Trump said he would donate his salary to charity
Trump said he would repeal and replace Obamacare on day 1

Donald is the one saying all these things, people are just asking him to keep HIS word. Yet some conservatives have an issue with it LOL

His salary is going to his pocket to pay off his debts. Don't forget that without releasing his tax returns, no one knows if Donald Trump is actually rich or not. His income and wealth have never been proven.

Trump said he would release his taxes --> GREAT POINT!

Trump said he would donate his salary to charity --> Premature Point, you can't send a letter on March 8, demanding evidence by March 10. Any honest person would give him adequate time, but MSNBC was looking for a hit job. Either way they can run a negative story - because even if he gives proof - it will be "later" than their deadline.

Trump said he would repeal and replace Obamacare on day 1 --> Doesn't the GOP congress share some of this blame?

There is no evidence that Trump has donated any profits from his hotel business either as he said he would. No accounting system has been set up do it as he promised either. This is potentially worse than his salary as his taking this money violates the Constitution.

Well technically any money he takes in is a violation. Emoluments aren't profits. He did say he would donate profits from foreign governments to charity which is pretty silly because you don't calculate profit per hotel room. And as someone who works in finance I can tell you it's pretty easy not to show a profit at all if you don't want to. There are many ways to pad expenses and get away with it.

If I'm Trump I wait for the media to write their fake outrage stories and then show proof. Let them hang themselves first.

Proof of wiretapping? Proof of voter fraud? Proof of thousands cheering after 9-11? Proof he has no financial ties to Russia?
