There were many innocents killed in the Yemen raid, mostly women and children, but we only hear about the one dead Navy SEAL. No doubt the killings will continue under this president.

Although I do believe Trump is unfit to serve, I can't blame him for this attack any more than I can blame Obama for bombing a Doctors Without Borders hospital in Yemen, killing a dozen people. We need to get more information, although that's not always possible.
Very sad, and unfortunately I doubt it'll change anything with the way the US military operates, its just 'collateral damage' to them - human life is cheap so long as it isn't American life
