Every single question mentioned on Kyle S. Reyes' test can be answer from a NEUTRAL and inclusive perspective. Just as they can be answered from a left or right perspective. I honestly believe you folks, left or right, don't get the point of his test. I sincerely believe it is a test to weed out people of ANY political persuasion who demand to impose THEIR will.
Read it again. Read the test questions again, then try answering them from a neutral position, one where you aren't trying to impose YOUR values. I am willing to wager those are the answers Kyle seeks.

Reason: added the word "don't" which I accidentally left out.
Wow just noticed where that company is based. Drive by there every day. The building is partially renovated but still pretty run down. Can't imagine he's getting stacks of applications from highly qualified marketing people with that location.
Also he's in CT, I would say there is a decent chance of potential job applicants suing and winning.
The guy is very good at getting media on him got to give him that. Looks like he is the CEO of less then 10 employees most of which list other current positions which I assume means they are part time with him or doing contract work for him. Of the employees one is a former public TV producer and another is a Huff Post blogger, so my guess is this test was really a way for him to get air time.
Now he has managed to make himself out to be in charge of a large national marketing firm based in a trendy area, and get the national media to go along with him. When in actuality he is based in a old brick building (with half it's parking lot still unpaved) in a working class suburb of a dying city, with small staff and no known national clients.
So again give the guy credit he really does now something about marketing and media.

Well, I did find a review from an alleged client on his FB page. "I've had the pleasure of watching Kyle and TSPM grow in just a few years from a couple guys to a company of a dozen+ employees..."
So, Mr. Reyes with his "innovative vision" grew the company from just a couple guys to now barely over 13 in a matter of years.
My department manager just hired 18 newbies since last August in an organization of over 400+.
I'm sure Mr. Reyes is receiving stacks of applications alright. Or, perhaps, the free market has already rewarded his competitors with the cream of the crop and he simply is forced to settle for less?
I mean I agree with a guy people can go overboard demanding stuff from the company but several of those questions are designed to pry into people personal views rather then figuring if they work for you as an employee.
Well, this certainly is a way to get some press for his company. And here I am, perpetuating it by causing this thread to be bumped. Well played, good sir. Well played.
