Who do you think would subsidize the poor in a single payer system?

We all would and most people are poor due to no fault of their own. So not a problem for me and I am far from poor in case you are wondering.

BTW who do you think is subsidizing people who don't have insurance now - all of us who have insurance, as it is built into our premiums. Duh!

So, you're now saying I'm correct that the middle class will subsidize the poor for the same coverage.

Glad I could at least get you to understand that.

I hate that the country has to wait until the Intelligence agencies get enough evidence to impeach Trump. As the budget proposal shows, we're heading to hell in a hand basket if something doesn't come out.

Trump lied on Obama AND the British.

You might want to invest in a really comfortable chair and lots of snacks for that wait.

People on food stamps buy the same food as taxpayers, at the same stores.

Generally, no.

Yes, I know people on the right were running around claiming that things like lobster and filets were bought using food stamps; however, the truth of the matter is that the people truly dependent upon food stamps do NOT shop and eat like the middle class, and they shouldn't expect to do so.

Ok its just a figment of my imagination that people at my middle class grocery store use ebt cards to pay for groceries. Is there a welfare cart and a taxpayer cart? I don't see them.

So, just to make sure I understand you, you believe people on food stamps receive enough money in food stamps as what the middle class spend on food at the grocery store?
