Will the French vote for a candidate who is under investigation for fraud.

Fillon is finished, the main runners are Macron from the socialist left and Le Pen from the hard right, there is a real lack of any centre ground in the current French Election.

Cosmetic isn't generally covered anyway. Most newer hospitals go private rooms.
