At least Apple produces something that we didn't already had. Musk, BTW has benefited greatly from the US Taxpayer. And SpaceX has yet to send a single person into space. This was something already accomplished by the Russians & Americans more than a 1/2 century ago.
They just got into the business.. This is not a pushcart! But I do believe private $ make it up there faster than fed money. Why? Because Feds make a mile stone in history. Private rocket ships want to make $$$
