I would have bought into the argument that this was RyanCare...except that the Trump Administration got down deep into negotiations, summoning Republican Representatives to the White House, and making concessions to the Freedom Caucus in order to try to gain support.
At some point if moderate Republicans REALLY were concerned about the ACA provisions that turned out NOT to work well - certainly including the unfair burden placed on those with ACA policies without subsidies - they could work with Dems to amend while simultaneously turning more attention to health costs.
Surely, this period of turmoil, the election provides an opening to renegotiate with insurance companies etc. - instead of just among various Republican factions.
If the sensible cannot happen in this country then something is broken and it's NOT a piece of legislation.

Yes, every rep I've seen interviewed has talked about trump's involvement in trumpcare. And trump has been making calls and tweeting about trumpcare and how great it is. Big failure for trump to have trumpcare fail.
