California was gifted with a very good climate and fertile land. Californians did not create that.

NYC/Newark is more expensive than CA and does not have what you say. Stop with the excuses.

NC has traditionally been a conservative state. Northerners have been moving into NC and its cities, bringing with them their democratic politics. It won't be long before they run those cities into the ground like they did to their cities they left, with business unfriendly regulations, high taxes, high costs, etc.

Then their kids will then flee again to more conservative parts of the country. Rinse and repeat.

Yes and every poor, criminal or messed up person in the world has a dream of making it to NYC (legally or illegally), and being treated by a king or queen by the leftists who run the show.

What is less surprising is that you completely missed the point of the OP but please, continue.

And those same northerners are bringing education and businesses. Kind of odd that North Carolina's most murderous days took place before the influx of liberals. The conservative South has traditionally had the highest murder rates and lowest levels of education attainment. Until 1970, the South was seeing more people leave that move there.

Love the idea of another thread bashing California.

Following earlier posts, with lifelong Americans leaving California in droves, how is it that San Diego has a median housing price over a $1 million?
