I just think of him as President Fruitcake. If I REALLY don't like a man I consider them to be a fruitcake (I admit I still need an equivalent for a woman but calling a woman this doesn't seem as insulting to me for some reason). It's my personal equivalent to the slang dbag because I don't like the feel of that word.

Either that or sometimes Donald Dump as in he dumps all over people because he lacks the ability to truly respect others or control himself.

I think I've got better nicknames for people I admire probly because I don't like to spend the creative energy on someone I detest.
