This is the Russia narrative in a nutshell.

Before Trump won:
Hillary Clinton: We must go after Russia with war if they are hacking us (after Wikileaks was revealed the DNC's bad behavior), and when I win, we will go after them.

Hillary Clinton later: Russia can't hack the election and Trump will have to accept reality when I win the election and if he doesn't, then he's not for democracy.

After Trump won:
Hillary Clinton (who can't accept that she was just a terrible, shady candidate): I ....I couldn't have lost on my own. The....the...RUSSIANS INFLUENCED THE AMERICAN PEOPLE! YEAH! THAT'S IT!

CNN, and liberal media since then:
We have circumstantial but strong evidence from a intelligence source that Trump was working with Russia to win the election. He should be like, impeached, but we don't really have proof...so....but....TRUMP LOVES PUTIN! YEAH! IMPEACH!!

repeat the last part every week or two...and that's the Russian narrative in a nutshell

Remember how quick to act when they got some dirt on Flynn? Or when they tried to get Sessions out right away? Or when Maddow obtained his tax returns and actually made Trump look better? If there were any real proof of Trump working with Russia to win the election, it would've happened by now. They have no evidence. Anyone with a brain can tell you from this that the whole thing is made up to distract everyone.

The Russia meme is just a cover for something else... The real collusion was between the Obama administration and their Leftist cronies in the intelligence community. Surveillance and leaking in a deliberate effort to undermine the new administration. This stuff was planned ahead of time.

How in the world did you imagine that narrative?

You think the surveillance and leaks are ... a coincidence? An accident? No... It's clearly deliberate and intended to damage the current administration. Obama himself signed an executive order greatly expanding the exchange of classified info between agencies just before he left office. Why do you think he did that?

Do you really think it's so odd that intelligence agencies should share info? And while Obama did sign the EO just before he left office, it was not an overnight effort. He had been working on it for months. This might surprise you, but it is often the case that a proposed EO is rewritten many times before it is finalized, as drafts are circulated among all the agencies affected and revised by legal experts.

"The changes have been a long time coming. On February 25, 2016, Charlie Savage reported for the Times that the Obama administration would soon be implementing a new system, years in the making, to provide more intelligence agencies across the federal government direct access to raw information collected by the NSA."

Same way I did. There are any number of articles re obama appointees taking government service jobs. "Burrowing in", as it is referred. Just google the italicized phrase.

Add to that the formation of OFA, 31/2 years before President Obama's exit from office, the formation of the democratic redistricting committee effort, five months before leaving office, with none other than Eric holder heading it up. Just a few of the pieces put in place to support furtherance of his "fundamental transformation" agenda. The burrowing in would fit too.

It is not the Russians that we ought to be overly concerned about, when Mr Obama and his cronies want and are attempting a slow rolling, quiet revolution.

The changes, which had been in the works since right after 9/11, identified the issue of “stove piping” i.e. intelligence not being shared frequently or fast enough.

Obama finalized the new rules that allow the NSA to share information it gleans from its vast international surveillance apparatus with the 16 other agencies that make up the U.S. intelligence community.

Why are Trump and the Republicans are all about covering things up?

It's true.

Stunning as it may be that months and sometimes years go into drafting EO and legislation.

Go figure.

Well, if they are, they're only doing as Bush appointees did. Just google the italicized phrase bush appointees taking government service jobs.

There is nothing new at all in this, neither Obama nor Bush appointees invented it.

All this just makes for a stronger case to clean house in our state department and CIA. They've been brain drained the last 8 years and the only ones competent are completely corrupt.
