Sanders introduced a bill Monday that builds off his previous efforts both in the Senate and on the presidential campaign trail to make public college free. Much of the proposal, including plans to make college tuition free for families earning $125,000 a year or less and allow current student loan borrowers to refinance their debt at lower interest rates, is a rehash of the campaign promises offered by Sanders and the onetime Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton on the campaign trail last year.
I'm opposed to taxpayer funded "free college" which is not be confused with opposition to education. Smarten up.
