Trump has been president since January, why is there still press 2 for Spanish? (brainwash, how much)

I thought Trump and the Patriotic Americans™ were going to change things. Why do we still have press 2 for Spanish, and Spanish signage? Who thinks that Trump is going to force government and private companies to stop providing Spanish services and display Spanish signage? How about speaking Spanish in public?

Ironically, everytime I've pressed 2 for Spanish because the line is shorter, it's always a Puerto Rican or US born Latino on the other end.

He's the President of the United States that includes Puerto Rico. Why wouldn't there be a Spanish option?
