What I am pointing out is that this isn't new. It's a continuing multi-year trend. If some read the 2017 numbers and assume it's because of Trump, they are misreading the data. Like the economy and his fortune, Trump is benefiting from what he inherited from others.

Give me a break. Got to the CBP link and look at the monthly numbers. Huge drop when Trump came in.

I'm always question how we can know the number of illegal crossings into USA.

The apprehension at the border is one way -- but what if they just found better places to cross or what if the border patrol guys just aren't being as diligent.

I guess it is a best guess estimate right?
