I might, if he has "floppy" man boobs. Tit for tat, after all...
I don't -- I'm actually quite trim, but I don't assume that others want to see me topless, so out of respect for others, I always wear a shirt in public.
Ok, so it was far too difficult for you to take some small, practical measures to feed in a non intrusive manner and the people around you were delighted by your boorish behavior. It was all around, I guess. Well, I'm glad most nursing moms do bring blankets, do take a couple of extra seconds to find a semi private place and do think ahead.
Thankfully I live in a country where people aren't bothered by the odd glimpse of a breast.

Good for you. I have zero opinions on how things should be done in Finland. If I ever visit, and I see a woman breastfeeding in public without a cover, I will look away and not think anything of it. When in Rome. Fortunately, most American women have better manners.
I'm sure it was the breastfeeding. This isn't about fat shaming. It's about rude public behavior. Would it have killed that women to wait until she was off the metro and to use a blanket in out of the way place?
It's about feeding a hungry infant.
If she waits, babies wail, scream, and then gulp so fast they puke.
Although it won't kill her, waiting can make one have a fever and eventually get mastitis causing issues with feeding later.

It's feeding a hungry infant, that's all.
That's a bit dramatic, don't you think? Why do so many women on here have 101 excuses why a breastfeeding woman can't follow a few common sense principles to show some courtesy to those around her? Like I said, most nursing moms do show respect for others, and that's appreciated. To those who don't, .. I'm sure you'll find plenty of you-go-girl types on FB to encourage your boorish behavior.
Yep. Meanwhile, millions of other women across America used some common sense and their natural sense of modesty to breastfeed without calling attention to themselves. Babies were fed. Facebook was without comment.

Actually its very true. If you dont feed when youre on cue, it can cause you to become engorged and then lead to problems. Not always but it can if ignored for too long.

So waiting for ten minutes or so until you're off the metro to feed so nice old WaldoKitty can ride in peace will lead to a medical emergency? Color me skeptical.
