Americans ARE entitled to those jobs IF they qualify to do the work compared to bringing in legal aliens to save money.

Americans are ENTITLED to COMPETE for jobs. If a company sees that a younger applicant or someone who has better employment history is better for the job, why shouldn't they hire them.

Americans like to blame others for all problems. Blame China, blame India, blame Mexico. It's ok as a political strategy, but I hope people also see it through.
This is exactly the issue.

Currently the IT industry is fully dominated by H1B Indians. These jobs easily pay in six figures .... the problems is, America does NOT produce this many computer science graduates to fill 100's and thousands of these jobs.

The Indian dominance in the IT industry has reached to a point that if the hiring manager is an Indian (which is almost always the case), an American graduate does not stand a chance to get the job. They hire their own kind and no body can question it.

It seems the right is against internal unions but not external ones. Peculiar ideology.
Temporary work visas issued by government, to companies, by a random lottery is the antithesis of a free market.

A market would give workers green cards first and then let them choose employers.

Most of these h1b jobs pay $60k to $80k, not 6 figures.

The whole point of h1b is to keep from having to pay anyone high salaries. If the salaries were high then nobody would be complaining in the first place.

Negative, Ghost Rider. If the threshold for H1Bs was raised to 100K, the number of applications would drop like a stone. The jobs are paid in the high 60s and low 70s, and they're attractive because the employer gets to add the enticement of possible permanent residency in the US. In effect, our immigration policy is used to help HP and Dell with their payroll.

No.
The billing rate is what matters. The employers pay the Indian recruiting agencies usually $100.00 an hour per employee.
Then there could be third party layers who take their own commission.

And in the end, the employee gets 60 to 80K which is still quite a lot.

People who want government to impede the operations of private businesses are commies.
If you have problems with companies hiring whoever they want, and want government to do something about it, then you are a commie. As Reagan said, government is always the problem.

H1B reform is needed, but slight modifications....and completely no limitations on the numbers

If Reagan were alive today, he'd literally punch Trump and Ryan in the face...he'd probably punch YOU in the face too
