They also elected Trump toady Rudy Giuliano twice.
I know this may be painful, but a little history lesson may help. In 1989, Rudy first ran against Dinkins for mayor. Trump donated to both men(good business decision). Dinkins won. In 1993, Trump did not donate to Rudy, only doing so after Rudy won the election. Hardly a toady, slick.

No self respecting MD can diagnose someone without a thorough in person analysis. Who knows what his diagnoses are? But, we know by his words and actions (and tweets) that he doesn't seem normal.
