A classical example of how systematic brainwashing is done and a person let's ignorance take over the lack of knowledge, and ends up speaking a lie without even knowing it. And seriously, nothing personal against you but I am just giving an example.
Indeed there are 5 mandatory Muslim prayers in a day.
The first Muslim prayer is done before dawn. A regular 9-5 job hours are not in this bracket.
The second Muslim prayer is done DURING lunch hour. Muslims pray within this 30 minutes lunch hour. So the regular 9-5 routine is not disturbed by this prayer.
The third Muslim prayer is done in the late after noon. By U.S. Law, every employee is allowed to take two 10 minutes breaks BESIDES the lunch hour break.
Many employees use these two breaks to smoke cigarettes (where ever allowed) - Muslims on the other hand use one of this 10 minutes break to pray in the late after noons. And this happens usually in winter days. This prayer is done AFTER 5:00 PM in summer days.
The fourth Muslim prayer is done after the sunset. This is usually after 5:00 PM accept for a few very short days in winter.
The fifth Muslim prayer is done in the late evening - usually at 9:00 PM.
So in essence, No Muslim can possibly pray 5 prayers during his job, unless of course he works from 5:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Usually, Muslims pray two prayers during a regular 9 to 5 work day in short winter days.
And they pray ONLY ONE PRAYERS in summers. And that prayer is done within the regular lunch break.

I want my country back to the way our forefathers built it. It was not built to be Mediterranean or Asian or Sikh or Punjabi, their civilizations are 1000's of years old. Our country was only built a couple hundred years ago by real pioneers.
I thought religion was "banned" in schools. If Christians can't pray anymore
in school in our own country because it offends someone else then why should any other religion demand it.
There is only one important prayer day and time. It's the Friday afternoon prayer and it's shorter in time than a normal 15 minute break. There is a fixed time span for it but there is no fixed time within that time span for it to happen (usually between 1pm and 3pm). It's site security and they had to have known that no company was going to shut down as security operations are 24/7/365. Tech employees are not.
I wish that it was that simple. But it ends up in court and the battles rage on for years - not to mention the civil litigation. All of this needs guidance from our law makers and Supreme Court. It places an unfair burden on employers. It also passes this cost to consumers.
Our Country loves to tell us that everybody has freedom of religion; but we should also have freedom from religion! No one should be able to force their religious beliefs on others.
They get two paid 15 minute breaks a day, and an unpaid 30 minute lunch in an 8-12 hr shift.
Anything else is at the discretion of the employer. Also, a smoke break takes five minutes. A Muslim prayer break, complete with rug, takes much longer. We are not talking about two minutes to say a brief prayer here.
