If he really didn't do anything wrong, I hope they will leave him alone. I don't like his show at all, but I don't want to see anyone falsely accused, either.
That's the left agenda. Terrorist even have their day in court. I know what it's like being falsely accused.
While I won't choose sides with so little information, Debbie Schlussel's accusations against Hannity are troubling considering it is a fact that Ailes and O'Reilly both had sexual harassment lawsuits filed against them which resulted in financial settlements with the plaintiffs without trials.
This entire thread proves my point. Political alignment began with the OP and continued right down the thread. There has been little question as to whether Hannity is guilty as charged and it doesn't even matter. What matters is the accusation and the political firepower it holds. If that isn't a prime example of tool-ism, I don't know what is. Why don't we let a court decide if it comes to that? Answer: because there is too much political gold to mine here. Eureka! A right winger gets accused and is proclaimed guilty on the spot. Frontier justice is alive and well with the left, even though they would certainly profess to condemn that sort of thing... well, ahhemmm, as long as it doesn't benefit them personally.

It's interesting that the left, generally speaking, sees the evil in the 'power figures' on one end of the political spectrum, yet becomes blinded by the light when it comes to the 'power figures' on the other end. In reality, both are rotted, putrid snakes looking to enslave you, the tool. So long as the tool is lead to believe it is the beneficiary of the tyranny, the tool will perform its function, all the while devoid of question or thought.
The allegations are based on nothing more than the woman's say-so. If people are going to convict him based on that then I should be able to accuse Schlussel of murder and have her sent to prison based on nothing more than my testimony.
