Bill Clinton is no longer POTUS....also- I don't remember him running around talking about how tough he was and how he wanted to bomb everything in sight....perhaps Trump's bluster and ego would be better received had he served his country.

I agree--Clinton evaded the draft to go to the UK as a Rhodes Scholar.
Clinton, though, was not a tough-talking war monger.
He actually had a great deal to do with preventing an all out world war with his actions and intervention in the Bosnia-Herzogovina conflict.
He also played a large role in brokering peace in Northern Ireland and Israel/Palestine.
Clinton believed in diplomacy, not war, bombing and strife. He did not get off on conflict like Trump does. Not even close to a comparison there.
Killed his own US Citizens in Waco.
