NONE of which answered my question. More or LESS likely then citizens?
PS-that assumes we ignore the initial crime of being here illegally, a federal crime that federal officers should arrest him for in my opinion.
Many persons present unlawfully in the United States entered lawfully, but overstayed their visas. Such persons have committed no crime. Their presence is a civil offense, not a criminal one.
My understanding is that immigrants are less likely to commit crimes than native-born Americans.
In the 93rd day of this national tragedy, Trump has been dealt failure at every ill-advised turn he's tried to make. The Wall has also been ceded as being a no-go. The Republicans are now struggling to figure out how they can avert a government shutdown, despite having all branches of federal government, that theoretically should be under their control. As this farce of an administration spins itself into oblivion, democrats will see that in the long-run, Trump is the kind of enemy that is better than having a friend.
Since when has the wall been ceded by Trump and is a no go? Obama struggled to stop a government shut down also. Your remarks about our president are off base and just bitter lefty crying. Get over it!
A deranged, activist judge who says "We refuse to enforce federal law, but we demand federal cash."
This will be overturned in SCOTUS.
Federal judges have way too much power.
On what grounds? Keep in mind that your answer must cite a specific law or the constitution. "Because I want it to be that way" doesn't mean squat.
And I note that your second sentence does not go well with your first. If you really think that federal judges have too much power, why on earth would you be cheering on SCOTUS?

Most illegals aren't visa over stayers so let's put that lie to rest, shall we? "Immigrants"? Illegal aliens aren't "immigrants".

What difference does it make? Every crime committed by an illegal alien would have been prevented if they weren't in our country. We have enough of our own home grown criminals to deal with without adding illegal alien criminals to the mix.
Any criminal that is protected by local authorities is likely to commit a crime. Citizen criminals can't be deported but they can and should be detained. Illegal alien criminals can be held for ICE and then deported.
Oh, yes, for sure ! Let's just get rid of all the judges so Lord Trumpy can do whatever he pleases. We don't need no stinkin' laws, Trump Land has it's own laws. You would love that, wouldn't you ?
Geeeez, Donnie can't get a break ! All of his great ideas are being shot down and his team of "the very best people" can't shoot straight. I think I'll open a Corona and toast another "victory" for Trump.
Do you really think the 9th Circuit's and that Washinton judge's rulings on his travel ban were well-argued? The 9th Circuit's standing argument alone was a laughable piece of bull$h!t.
