Thought about posting this in the topic regarding the French President and his wife but thought this could have it's own discussion. There were a few people in there being very rude/mean about it, saying all the kind of ugly/nasty things about his wife and her age. They aren't in relationships with them, yet they feel it's okay to say some horrible things about how the men that date/marry older women have issues, and even go on to talk about the older woman's body that just HAS to be bad due to her age. Why do they care?
It certainly is hardly always accurate. It depends on a lot of things. I get that age can effect one's attractiveness but that doesn't mean they still can't be. My woman is 47 yet still is very attractive and and does eat right, exercises, and looks after herself, which can certainly make one look way better than a woman that may be substantially younger yet does the opposite, especially in certain areas. For example, in the topic I started about what do you find most physically attractive about your partner I stated my woman has REALLY great legs and I can definitely say if I took a pic of just her legs I doubt anyone would say "oh man, those are the legs of a 47 year old, definitely!" lol. I just find it odd how there are guys - particularly younger ones that just like to spew how "ugly" and "gross" some woman must be just because she's a bit older. Even at 47 she's hardly "old" lol.
Society worships youth, and for good reason.. it's all downhill after age 35 or so. Simple biology. Of course life is what you make of it.
Time flies by.. all of a sudden you have all these 20-25 year olds doing all these youtube how-to videos and wonder where the time went.
Not until 45 actually, unless you aren't watching your diet. Nutrition and exercise are important in more ways than just weight. Jennifer Anniston is 47.
This might not be a popular answer but I think it might come down to fertility potential. A woman in her peri or post menopausal years might be very beautiful but some men (funny, I have one in mind) don't see it because they are driven by the instinct to procreate.
