Hmmm I wonder if this has anything to do with how the Police were treated as the problem by the Mayor and other elected officials after police shootings.
Have the Police been patrolling problem neighborhoods or are they reluctant to get involved out of fear of sparking riots and looting if things go bad such as they did with the Freddie Grey incident?
If these murders are black on black where is BLM ? or do they only come out when it is white on black crime?
It is the 25th anniversary of the Rodney King LA riots and it was scary what was taking place there. Nat Geo had a show about it last night.
Is Baltimore waiting for a spark to set off Summer riots?
Democrat run cities. The killing fields of America.
The worst offenders are all the cities, with a majority Black City Government. But that is just a coincidence.

The murders are overwhelmingly shootings involving black males, according to the Baltimore Sun reference above.
Police have been labeled the enemy by BLM and many black run city governments. Not an opinion.... a fact. I completely understand police officer's reluctance to risk their lives in black communities openly hostile to them, including Baltimore. Police officers aren't saints.
The results of this hostility towards police are evident in the charts in the reference above.
Just like the anti-war protesters after the 2008 election, BLM is headed out due to lack of funding and political support.
Their biggest problem is that most of the more egregious policing problems are large urban centers and making them look bad is not encouraged.
Hopefully I'm wrong, because BLM has some legitimate points and it's a shame if they can only get funded and supported by the establishment when it's politically useful.
But I'm not holding my breath with what just happened in Milwaukee to the guy in jail and it's already fall off the news cycle.
Too bad about they way they treated the police. I wouldn't risk my life saving people who march down the street talking about frying me. Actions have consequences.
Cops don't want to be cops in Baltimore. No where is it mentioned in this story that not only is Baltimore losing cops, their recruitment drives are floundering.
Have any of you seen the show "The Wire"? Well, that was based off of real events in Baltimore. Nothing has changed.
