Federal Judges have been a problem for Donald Trump, the Judges keep stopping orders that would keep the United States safer.
OMG! It's called judge shopping in the 9th circuit and that is exactly what the left are doing. You're off your nut if you think we're safer with unprotected unvetted illegals crossing over by the millions unabated.
What's good for the Goose is good for the Gander. Trump will be quietly loading up the lower courts with 100s of conservative leaning judges. Who, BTW, will be a far more fair than those unconstitutional Liberal hacks pretending to be apolitical.

99% of every order they make is the final order.
Of the 1% that are challenged and accepted by the supreme court they are only slightly above the median in having their orders overturned.
By FAR the vast majority of their cases are not overturned.
Prove it. But READ their decisions first. You folks like to spout this nonsense, but never read the orders that explain EXACTLY why they have the authority.
He could probably have worked out a deal with them or pushed through executive orders that weren't unconstitutional, but as we all know Don's busy working on his golf game 3 days out of the week.
