Abortion has been around for centuries. Illegal or not, it will always be around. So why not keep it safe for women.
A federal "defunding" of PP won't change that, since federal taxpayer dollars don't fund abortions.
Right?
What it would do, however, is not allow PP to give discounts to the disenfranchised who can't afford their abortion...b/c PP wouldn't be able to get reimbursed through Title X or Medicaid for the other "services" PP provides & which free up the donations & annual revenue to help these women.
This is HOW tax payer dollars HELP to fund abortions.

Money is fungible.
Planned Parenthood is so much more than abortions. They offer so many services for women at a cost they can afford.
This is the dumbest of pro abortion arguments. That's like saying "don't like murder then don't kill anyone" or "don't like theft then don't steal."
if you find choice "dumb" I can't help you. as a woman she has the choice when it comes to pregnancy. so it's simple if you don't want abortion than don't have one.
murder and theft have nothing to do with abortion.

So the babies aren't murdered eh?
kinda like the Indian Removal Act. Indians were only removed, not killed eh?
Explain THE TRAIL OF TEARS
Just as these babies are also MURDERED, Indians were slaughtered too
Native Americans are almost extinct now
All of these human beings were tortured to death.
Tortured for no good reason except being alive
The Holocaust may not bother you either because they were JEWS
Except not all were. Some were disabled
The disabled, deaf, mentally ill and blind were among Hitlers atrocities
Anyone who went against his regime was murdered also
You see these people were not considered "viable" to Hitler
The same term, "viable", is what the abortionists use to describe certain human beings in the womb they chose to torture
Largest Holocausts in History:
1. Abortion
2. WW2 - Genocide by Hitler
3. Native Americans- Genocide by President Andrew Jackson (via the Indian Removal Act) and others who went against his regime
Don't ever think anyone advocating for the slaughter of human life will discriminate to the point that YOU will not be next in line

Nobody seriously thinks that Roe vs.Wade will be overturned.
What most people want is for public funding to stop funding abortions. With so many strongly opposed, the funding should come from rich democrats that support the abortions.
If the federal government bought 50 rounds of ammunition and shipped a box to everyone in the country, many democrats would strongly oppose this use of federal funding.
I'm ok with not publicly funding abortion if governments stop cranking out endless laws designed to make it next to impossible for enough abortion providers to exist, let alone for women to get one without having to travel and spend a week across the state.
Abortion is legal in this nation. So if a state/local wants to pull out their funding (again, something I'm totally fine with), they shouldn't be able to intervene so much at all.

most of this rant has nothing to do with the abortion topic. abortion is a subject on to itself only.
women in America should not have to take a pregnancy to term against her own wishes. talk about slavery. just because we have a uterus does not mean we have to use it unless we want to do so.
your interpretation of abortion and what it is means to you, means absolutely squat when it comes to another woman's reproductive rights.
Planned Parenthood is so much more than abortions. They offer so many services for women at a cost they can afford.
A cost they can afford based on what?
That they qualify for Medicaid?
They can go to a clinic or a hospital or a private practice where medicaid is accepted. If one can get to a PP facility, one can get to a clinic/hospital/private practice that will provide the same.
money is like air. If you send it for one purpose then the end user just takes the money that they would have used for that purpose and use it to kill babies
planned parenthood does not do abortions.
