The Dems should be happy Comey is gone. He never did them any favors. Or are they afraid that the real truth will come out and Hilda will end up behind bars after all?

Political appointees serve at the pleasure of their bosses and/or the President. Comey's incompetence and unprofessional behavior has been on view on national tv for all of us to see for a year or more. What was there to review? Not like Comey can sue them for wrongful termination lol.
Any sane person taking Rosenstein's position would have made it clear up front that Comey going was a condition of their accepting the offer. For all you know this has been on tap since January(before Russia connected to Trump even came up) waiting for Rosenstein to be confirmed and take office which he did only two weeks ago.
We also have no idea what happened re him being fired while in CA. Comey is an arrogant/sanctimonious man imo.........perhaps a discussion was held or his resignation requested and he said "No, you'll have to fire me and went about his business."
Just what it sounds like. POTUS would look like a tyrant if he just fired people that worked at his pleasure willy-nilly without some cause.

The investigation into Russian interference in our election process continues, no one knows where that will lead until it's conclusion but you already have significant connections to Flynn, Manfort, Page and others. The fact that Trump isn't under investigation although correct is meaningless at this point.
So when you say there is no evidence of collusion yes that is correct at this point in time but the investigation continues. Trumps campaign has plenty of reasons to circumvent and divert not only this investigation but also the house investigation as we have already seen. There will be a classified briefing this week and the committee will get a first hand look at Flynn's underlying behavior.
So let's hear you make your case that Comey was just fired for his actions back in October.

Clintons were investigated for everything under the sun. The only thing Republicans could ever find to charge either of them with was Bill lying about a blow job.
Neither Clinton was or is under investigation for being in cahoots with the Kremlin.
Why is it, when Comey was going after Hillary, he was so hated by the left? But now that he is fired, the left love him? It's like Fidel Castro all over again. Left claim they despise communism, but they embrace and idolize Castro. They claim to love immigrants, whether they are documented or not, unless they are Cubans fleeing a communist country.
Why is it Trump fired Comey for what Trump said it took "guts" to do, look at the emails on Weiner's laptop?
