I don't think you have to be Matlock to figure out the reasons behind the sales. Trump's condo sales were slumping prior to his election and then after his election his sales skyrocket from foreign buyers. Foreign buyers may seek a quid pro quo and only time will tell if there is one, such as a change on US policy. There are already questions raised vis-Ã -vis his hotel business.
Two years ago only 4% of Trump property sales were to anonymous shell companies.
Now it's 70%.
Something's changed.
The higher the value the more likely cash buyers will use a LLC or trust to buy property especially in NY.
Without knowing the number of units sold and their values it's unreasonable to draw a conclusion.
Having said this, there has been no shortage of notorious characters who have purchased units from Trump Org over the years, including dictators, ex cons, Saudi Royal Kingdom family members, Russians and some on the run and so on.

In contrast, Trump repeatedly promised to release his tax returns and then decided not to do so. The return is useless. The devil is in the detailed attachments. Trump entered office with unprecidented conflicts of interest. While he put his stuff in trust, he is the sole beneficiary of those trusts.

Communists and terrorists attacked us on 9/11. You trumpettes hated the fact that in the name of national security you had to accept some inconveniences.
