As opposed to any article of clothing or a backpack?

Separation of church and state does not mean no one can look religious in a public facility.

WTF is going on in my country?
It's not a religious requirement until puberty.

Rasputin was the primary cause of the fall of the Russian empire, opening up the possibility of a communist take over.

Do you know what that has to do with your post? Only one thing; both have literally nothing to do with the topic at hand. The difference though is that mine isn't an attempt to slide "she deserved it" into the conversation in a way that shows no class or decency.

The girl was mistreated. Period. If you think it's different because she's a Muslim, you're an actual racist.

How about acting religiously in a public facility? Or acting religiously in a private facility?

Why should religious preference be sanctioned in a PUBLIC school, but not in a private place of business?

Why is an 8 year old wearing a hijab anyway?!?!?!?!?!?!

Usually they don't start wearing it until puberty.

shouldn't we be more concerned with a teacher assaulting a child and not a scarf?

Private space and public space operate under entirely different rules, so I'm not sure what point you're trying to make. Public space allows for free expression of religion, as per the first amendment. This is basic civics.

You are conversing with members of the Trump cult. They probably think the little girl was treated too kindly. They would prefer trains, camps and a healthy dose of Zyklon B for anyone that dares to be Muslim in public.
