Have it out in the open as we know there will be "sources say that Comey said......", "an anonymous source said..........." coming from the liberal media. Comey wants everyone to hear what he has to say so the left doesn't distort it. The left are extremely desperate at this point as it is becoming obvious that they are losing the resistance. The "left" aren't the desperate ones in this debacle and you are the least likely to know why Comey wants to have a public opportunity to testify. Many of us believe it's because he's not the least bit afraid of Trump's threats, having already told Trump to go pound sand over his demand for complete loyalty.
Tapes, schmapes........Comey's not the least bit cowed by Trump and concerned only with countering the distortions of the facts Trump et-al have already attempted.
