It is a famous street artist mostly doing this. However, turning it around on Democrats may not be a bad thing. Maxine and her lot are like the 3 Stooges, but there are about 200 of them. These are folks who are so partisan and anti-American, one wonders how hey can deceive people to vote for them. If Maxine has to spend some time avoiding impeachment, maybe she'll be less abrasive all over the news.
Though you do make a powerful point, Maxine Waters depicts in a single person almost everything wrong with the DNC.

No, neither will. Impeachment has been demonstrated to be meaningless for a President, as was demonstrated by Bill Clinton. Trump could prepare the post impeachment party if it were possible for him to be impeached, the Senate has never and will never remove a President from office via impeachment.

Since the republicans control the Senate you are whistling the wrong tune as far as Trump is concerned.
As far as Maxine Waters is concerned she can't be impeached but she can be censured, which could be a removal from office. She would only be added to a very long list...I think the last to be censured was Sen. Elizabeth Warren.
