I remember how Manafort formed an LLC right after he left the campaign, and stories about loans from trump associates. He claimed he was unpaid for his work on the campaign. What a shady bunch they are!

Don't know if the inclusion of the Manafort part is just natural because he was DTs campaign chair for a while. Appartently tho, the investigation actually seems to predate his getting involved with DTs campaign. Does that mean that the original Manafort investigation had DT involvement?
Donald Trump is not the focus of the investigation; Russia's attempt to influence the elections and our democratic processes is the focus, It doesn't have to revolve around or involve DT himself to be within the scope of Mueller's mandate. That makes Manifort fair game whether his alleged actions predate his being on the Trump campaign team or not.

Duh, He and the other 2 named individuals(Carter Page & Roger Stone) have been the focus since Trump won and the Russian narrative began.

BB-- the important part tho is that the original investigation of Manafort was under a grand jury and for the Ukraine payment thing. Your statement is off on the timing tho. Your statement says since DT won. This investigation was going on when Paul was DTs manager, so before he won.
