I voted for Hillary in the primaries. I don't regret my vote, but I do regret not doing more to prevent this disastrous Trump presidency. I hope Jason Kander runs in 2020.

Some of us promoted this. The party hasn't learned a thing from the election though. Sanders would have won.

Hillary/Trump.......same person.

They say you learn more about a person in defeat. Even though Sanders was plotted against by his own party and ultimately lost the primary, you still see him out there fighting for the people and speaking out on issues everyday. Regardless of political party, you have to at least respect that. Meanwhile it's been crickets from Hillary. Granted she collapsed in a tough election, but the fact that she has gone silent and isn't fighting politically for anyone is telling as to why she wasn't able to rally people during the election and Bernie was. She was a typical politician looking for votes, while Bernie is passionately fighting for a cause (even though some may not agree with that cause).

just watched the linked video. Many I don't even agree with almost any of Bernie's positions but there is definitely something about him that is respectable, which is more than I can say for Hillary Clinton and most of the other Dems

Some people said "I'm voting for Trump because he's going to shake-up Washington".

Hmm, how'd THAT work out? He almost immediately kowtowed to the Insurance Syndicate, and after claiming to "drain the swamp" of Lobbyists, he turns around and places them in positions of power. He never intended to "Drain the Swamp", but only to FLOW said swamp in his direction, to lord over it as King Toad.

If people would of actually just paid attention and REALLY listened to Sanders instead of the BS propaganda put forth by the uninformed Trumplethinskin supporters, they would of realized that Sanders was TRULY the ONE who would of ACTUALLY "Drained the Swamp" and would of taken control of this country away from the Corporate Elite and put it back into the hands of "WE THE PEOPLE". Nobody wanted to even bother to understand the truth of what "Democratic Socialism" is and means....not understanding that there is a HUGE difference between Socialism and Democratic Socialism, Instead, they chanted "Socialism Bad", EVEN THOUGH this country has a heavy participation of "Socialism for the Rich".

OF Course BOTH parties wanted him gone/out......he had an IMMENSE following, probably more supporters than either of the other two BS choices offered up, and was about to upset their cushy applecart by doing everything he could to remove money from politics/campaigns and taking away the voice/control money has over every aspect of our Democracy.

Sanders was the ONLY one who would of TRULY Made this country GREAT FOR ALL!
Not like how it is now where this country is only great for the wealthy and corporate elite.
