Then not long before the election begins, publicly announces another investigation into candidate Clinton. If you have evidence of a crime, you press charges and let the courts and jury decide guilt or innocence. You don't announce all your evidence publicly of crimes and then say no charges will be filed. And then you don't publicly announce another investigation just before a presidential election of the candidate after you've already said no charges to be filed. He was the wrong person to head the FBI.
You can argue on the internet all you want, but we don't have access to the information the investigators do. What we do know is what the press has reported, and it does not look good for Trump.

So it's not true that Donald appointed his daughter and in-law to admin positions?

Or that he fired the head of FBI with curious timing to obstruct an active investigation?

Or that he barred American press but let in Russian press to his meeting with Lavrov?

Or that he shared intelligence with Lavrov in such a way that our allies are now reconsidering how they source and share secrets with us?

You think nepotism and obstruction of an ongoing investigation is American? What country are you actually from?

Can Trump Legally Fire FBI Director James Comey? | Law News

"He sure can. Under federal law, the F.B.I. director is appointed to one 10-year term – a term length purposely created such that it overlaps presidential administrations. Presidents may fire the FBI director (and Congress can impeach one) – and according to a 2014 report by the Congressional Research Service, “there are no statutory conditions on the President’s authority to remove the FBI Director.” While some FBI directors have resigned prior to the end of their terms, only one – William S. Sessions (appointed by President Ronald Reagan in 1987) – was ever fired. Sessions was fired by President Bill Clinton in the wake of allegations of ethics violations, such as misuse of public funds for his private benefit."
Of course he can fire him. But that is not really relevant as to whether that move was an obstruction of justice. And LMAO at your googling making you a better expert than former US attorneys who actually did investigate a president.

choice is the go to word of every liar. Just ask Comcast, Pai , V hell ask any corp faced with restrictions.

There is NO change in cost , there is a change in profit margins on retirement policies sold to unsophisticated investors.

Are you really going to pretend you believe allowing predatory salesmen to sell high margin products to working moms and dads is a good idea?
You really want to defend that? defend Goldman sachs to defend Trump? really? You really believe what you are saying, or are you simply desperate to defend the indefensible? Do you see what trump is doing to you? He is getting you to go against your own interest, getting you to defend his lining the pockets of the uber wealthy.... wow.

so you want to save BLACKROCK.... now it get it, you are part of trump's 1% ? it that it?
Until you lose some of the aggression, there is no point discussing anything with you. Consider yourself ignored.

It's all lies...
it can't be true...
They are out to get him..

beginning to get the idea that a lot of these dudes supporting Trump are gay. Not that there is anything wrong with that but it sounds like something a man says about an SO who they put on a pedestal.

They won't believe their lying eyes and ears...

There has never been a president on either side of the political aisle that has seen anything like this unquestioning allegiance. It is unprecedented in American history.

trump did 1 but that brings up 2. do you understand how that works?

Driving a maintained car with insurance and license is legal.
Driving it on the sidewalk and killing people is not.

does that help at all?

the first part is legal the second is not. in the case of Comey, it is not the act of firing but the intent. it is the INTENT that would have to be proved. Did Trump intend to limit, restrict end an investigation..

now you know WHAT argument to put forth when fighting this online. Not the ACT, but the intent of the act.

hope i cleared that up for you. (no sarcasm just wish to end the pointless repetition of a dead horse)

You didn't clear anything up for me. Because there isn't obstruction of justice that was broken.

Wait, though, some Watergate guys said "umm yeah there may could be possibly be obstruction of justice based on a hunch". Sorry, but no. That doesn't mean there's actual obstruction of justice at all.

And the investigation is still on-going, as Comey is not the entire FBI. Trump simply stated that the Dems made up the Russia-Trump thing. And there is still NO proof of any collusion. 6 months after the election.

Seriously, try harder. Much harder. Meanwhile, I'll be over here laughing at how much people are grasping for straws over nothing. For a guy that most liberals wanted fired mere months ago.

Quite frankly, in the event he is guilty....hang him. If not.....hang the accusers! In my opinion, the amount of damage caused by our division on political matters will cripple the country for years to come!
