And Brennan said that Team Trump had contact with suspicious Russians that they had under surveillance, which warranted an investigation. Contacts that Team Trump lied about. Using Flynn logic, "Why lie about it if you have nothing to hide and are innocent?"
And again, what they can divulge in an open hearing is limited.

To patriotic Americans, weeding out corrupt or traitorous politicians is job #1. Unfortunately the party loyalists today are about as unpatriotic as I've ever seen. They are so blind or so brainwashed they can't see what party before country is doing to us. Or maybe they just don't care.
Let's hope there are enough patriotic Americans who will see this through so we can get to the bottom of it.

I'm surprised that you're not interested in investigating the many crimes committed by Hillary, Lynch, Holder, Koskinen, Lerner, Comey, Clapper and Brennan.
You seem to only mind non-existent crimes "committed" by Trump, not real crimes committed by Obama and his minions. Kind of takes the wind out of the sails of your "indignation," doesn't it?

They are non-partisan. Those employees have been there through many administrations and have been hired under both parties. Only those who feel threatened would say that.
I see a much bigger issue here regardless of proof or crimes. How does the guy who is going to fix America manage to surround himself with people for whom the Russian spy agencies deem to be "leverage" against the POTUS?

So why does this administration create so many lies about the previous contact? It's true that contact is not illegal at all, but this administration has been so shady about it and caught lying. Kushner and Flynn have both outright lied now. Flynn on his security clearance form (that the rest of us average Joe's would lose our jobs over if we EVER even got the job with the lying). I don't even give a crap about Trump. He's probably done nothing. But he's surrounded himself with liars, he covers for them, then he doesn't, then he makes the oddest statements on Twitter that just make him appear guilty.
For innocent folks with no "there there" they have done everything humanly possible to appear like they are hiding something. IMO, that has was really has pushed this to it's current levels of insanity.

Comey -- the statute requires intent.
Clapper -- the NSA isn't spying on Americans.
Brennan -- we didn't spy on the Senate Intel committee.
