What mess? Bush left our economy in ruins, and it spilled over to the world economy. Obama saved the economy. He had to fight against obstruction in the House, and could have achieved much more had he not had this. So his success wasn't without bumps and problems, but we were definitely on the mend until Trump came in.

Because he managed to mislead the American people on his religious affiliation
He spread Islam in a secular way
The slave does not depart from his bondage
Slavery is a system recognized by Islam
So whatever prize he gets
He did not depart from the concept of slavery in Islam

Nobel himself created the prize categories. They all reflect his greatest interests.

The reason why he invented dynamite was because there was an enormous need for a safer explosive than the black powder or the nitroglycerine, the only 2 explosives that existed before dynamite.

Death from accidental explosion was an every day thing in the world's mines until then.

Dynamite is like electricity. It can be used for peaceful purposes or lethal purposes.

Edison didn't invent electrical generation for use in an electric chair; he wanted to provide cheap, bright light.

Nobel didn't invent dynamite to kill people- other explosives were just fine for that purpose already.

What is so wrong about a peace award anyway? Is trying to promote peace a bad thing?

Gotta love the title.

Similar to "Why was Trump given the job of President for lying and calling people names"?

Discuss LOL

Why are so many posters still so obsessed with Obama? He is not the president anymore. Move on.

My bad !

Safe to say that the 4.4% rate right now is still based the "Obama" economy. Trump and the GOP have not passed any meaningful legislation. Even if they did it would take a year to have an impact.

We've had 45 quarters of positive GDP growth since mid-2009.

The stock market has soared.

23 million more people have health care.

No new wars declared.

Yeah, anyone with a rudimentary education knows that dynamite was not initially developed as a tool of war.
