Good.

And now we will get the usual influx of cultists demanding that all federal judges be removed from the bench in 3...2...1...

Good, lawsuits based on nonsense should not see the light of day.

The reason they lost the law suit - Berman ruled the parents didn't sufficiently challenge that Clinton was not acting in her official capacity when she used the private server, and that the families didn't put forward appropriate claims that Clinton defamed them or put them in a false light.

The reason why hillary supporters are morally and ethically bankrupt - They claimed Clinton lied when she allegedly told them it was a YouTube video that prompted the consulate attack.

Hillary used a bigoted statement to deflect from her gun running which got 4 Americans killed.

What I have never understood is that Patricia Smith's daughter in law -- the wife of one of the victims, the mother of Patricia Smith's grandchildren, has publicly stated that she was okay with how the State Dept. handled the situation and that Clinton did talk to her.

This woman, Patricia Smith never talks of her daughter in law and rarely mentions the grand children. I know her feelings are hurt because the State Dept. dealt with her daughter in law -- not her -- when communicating....but I don't know why in all the years of her rants and rave not one reporter has said...how are your grandchildren and daughter in law? What do they think of all of this?

I know she's mainly on Fox and that her narrative supported their attacks on Clinton......but not one person in all those interviews ever asked her about daughter in law and grand children....weird.

Republicans are such pathetic whiners. Bush allowed thousands to be killed and no one said a word.

Haha, bet this decision has the "lock her up" cult gnashing their teeth ! It's time for all this Benghazi/Hillary crap to go away forever. There was nothing there, ever. 4 Americans, who knew the dangers of working in a Hell hole over there, were killed. Sad, but they knew the risks and took the job anyway.

Funny no one talks about the dozens of civilians killed in Trumps' first assault in the Mid East.

Misplaced grief...that's what that law suit was all about. I'm glad the judge saw it for what it was. Maybe that couple can move forward now and deal with their loss instead of staying lost in the blame game.

At some point and time I hope Hillary, Obama, and whomever else was involved in this gets their due consequence.
If not while on Earth, they will get it when they meet their maker.

So, Trumplings still to this day are convinced that Hillary was in charge of that botched CIA operation.

No wonder they swallow tRump's BS whole.
