I just ran across this past article, sad in retrospect. Jeb was trying to slim down, anticipating running for President against younger newcomers.

I'm sure I'm not the only one who was surprised that he was stomped out so early in the game.

Jeb would be a solid candidate but people are tired of legacy candidates.

He would have been a better president than his brother.

I'll be honest: I was 100% pro Jeb! until Trump came out with his Twisted Sister theme song. 'Til then, I was laughing at him gliding down that escalator, announcing his run for president. I just laughed and shook my head. But then, his first campaign speech and I was over Jeb!

I watched the debates and most campaign speeches, and the more I watched, the more I wondered whatever I saw in Jeb!. I stuck with Trump and never looked back. I never noticed Jeb!'s weight gain or loss.

I'd MUCH rather Jeb Bush in the White House than the idiot buffoon we have now.

If it were Hillary vs Jeb, I would have backed Jeb 100%. But it wasn't Hillary vs Jeb, which is why I'm glad Trump got the job done

Yep, yep, yep. No way, not a chance, not in a million years would I ever, for any reason, vote for Old Cankles, Hillary.

I liked Jeb, he is a convert to Catholicism, and seems grounded and humble. I am a moderate Democrat and liked him more the Clinton. He was the best choice after Kassich. Yet, we saw what happened.

The political system was hijacked long ago. I'm sure the elites are laughing about us about who the better candidate is/was. They're all puppets of the elite. Trump wasn't one of their anointed, but appears to be falling in line with most of the elite agenda. After all, he doesn't want to have a "lone gunman" take a shot at him, as Kennedy & Reagan did.

Would have been funny watching the usual "racist" machine try to turn on Jeb.

Anyone butt hurt over this, that machine got aimed at Hillary & friends in 2008.
