Yeah both sides need to denounce this. While I don't think it should be illegal (even speech we find repulsive should still be legal) I like that she was made to apologize and I like that both sides, for the most part, have been outraged about this.

Not to mention, I would assume this would be very offensive to people who had loved ones that were actually beheaded in recent times during the conflicts of the Middle East, such as innocent reporters like Daniel Pearl and Steven Scotloff. I agree. Don't wanna see anyone get hurt here. Cooler heads need to prevail. People get so fired up about stuff. She's not important enough to garner this kind of rage, she's just looking for some attention and a way to stay relevant I think at the end of the day.

Nah, the Dems love entertainers who do stuff like this. Some of them might act momentarily upset, but they'll pop her out for the next election. Don't forget, she called Elizabeth Hasselback a "b****" and a "c****" on live TV for daring to ask Obama a policy question.
After that Clinton had her perform at rallies, so Clinton supports this nastiness.
Just like Clinton and Obama had Lena Dunham speak at the DNC convention and do rallies despite the disgusting things she's done.
Griffin and Dunham are part of the Democratic fold, they aren't outsiders.
