Non-citizen voting in Virginia is minimal. Is that what you mean by interesting? There are over 5 1/2 million registered voters in Virginia. So, over a span of years this study can determine that less than 1% of the voters are fraudulently registered, and a fraction of those may have cast fraudulent votes over that several-year span.
How this is ever going to rise to Trump's claim of 3 million fraudulent votes in 2016 is a complete mystery. Maybe that's what you mean by interesting.

What happened to that guy, Gregg Phillips, who said he had proof? I wonder why he has faded away. Trump said that he was very interested in looking at Gregg's evidence. But he did not name him as a commission member.
In Virginia you can register to vote at the DMV. It's possible this form was given to people applying for a new or renewed drivers' license. Hence the honest answer of "Non-citizen". No intent to deceive and no fraud.
ICE actually has a list of names and addresses, now. No need for police co-operation. Just go get these people and throw them out. I think it's important to make an example of them. If the State or County screwed around with their voter registration, let them sue the registering people. That would actually be a bigger scandal especially if an unnamed political party is doing the voting for them unbeknownst to them.
