The Justice department sent an appeal to the supreme court on Thursday, not sure why he doesn't let this go at this point because he is 5 months into what would have been a temporary 120 day ban. He should have had his "extreme vetting" requirements in place at this point, why is he dragging his feet and endangering our nation.

WASHINGTON — The Trump administration asked the Supreme Court late Thursday to revive its revised ban that limits travelers visiting the United States from six mostly Muslim countries.
The move sets the stage for a constitutional showdown over the president’s authority to make national security judgments in the name of protecting Americans from terrorism.

Wow..what great timing. London just got hit again with a major terrorist attack. More proof that the travel ban is needed. Thanks terrorists for proving Trump is right.

Well, you know... the end justifies the means. The progressives look at the terrorists as useful tools for their agenda, you know.. "The enemy of my enemy is my friend".

I know Trump juts did a tweet that a travel ban is needed, maybe someone has a copy. That will not solve the problem but at some point we will have another terror attack in the US and people will react claiming that as a solution.

So where are his new vetting procedures, a terror attack doesn't have to come from the 7 countries so why is he taking so much time.

Travel ban = Muslim ban

Will Supreme Court approve it? It'll be a very close vote. I wouldn't be surprised if Roberts and Kennedy vote against it.

Since we have no real vetting process.....it's the new "Norm" right, we should just let it go and let everyone in that wants to come, right....no matter what they do?

But the Supreme Court can't use London as anything -- it isn't part of the law. It was thoughtless for him to use it as a campaigning event.

And the ones responsible for deaths in the US were done by those from a country not on the travel ban list.

It's a Dog & Pony Show, nothing more.
