No, because judges are supposed to, and actually required to, remain aloof from partisan politics. Going further, commenting publicly on cases before, or likely to come before, the Court usually then mandates a recusal.
And you know damned well had an Alito made a comment such as Ginsburg did you guys would be demanding his impeachment.
Any judge appointed by Trump should be recused because we can't be sure their decision isn't payback for the nomination.
