Nah, they're just looking out for their bottom line. Can't say I blame them, anyone who takes him on as a client is an idiot. From the article:
“The concerns were, ‘The guy won’t pay and he won’t listen,’”

Whoever does represent him

a) Needs their head examined, and

b) Better get all their money up front.

The not listening part is irrelevant to be honest. Its FAR more about the "he won't pay" part. When you have a long history of that, people start to notice.

Once again a story based on only anonymous sources.

in part over concerns that the president would be unwilling to listen to their advice, according to five sources familiar with discussions about the matter.

Before Kasowitz was retained, however, some of the biggest law firms and their best-known attorneys turned down overtures when they were sounded out by White House officials to see if they would be willing to represent the president, the sources said.

etc., etc.

Not one supposed "source" gave their name in this story.

I'm all for reading negative news on Trump, but these constant anonymously sourced articles by MSM are not news.

Trump also has a reputation of being a deadbeat. If there is one thing lawyers hate, it is someone who does not pay their bills.
