We have not been tested in over 70 years. Americans today may not be ready for this. But we also can not back down.

The question is not if, but when, and why. False flag? Black swan? Operator error? Cover up a recession? Cover up impeachment?
I think you may well be right - but not for the reasons you cite.

I think it's likely that Trump will lead us into war because he's some odd version of a chicken hawk. Had deferments for himself, but clearly he's wildly aggressive, loves strutting around and dominating - and look how fast he was to attack Yemen.

In other words, the war might be something he enthusiastically fabricates, even if unnecessary.

Notice my status. Of course if it goes nuclear my status won't matter.

He's what you get when you cross a chicken hawk with the Twitter logo.

Well, depends on if he can control his impulses

Under the war powers act of 1973, the president can commit troops to combat as long as he tells them about it it within 48 hours (like they wouldnít know). If Congress doesnít give some kind of permission within 60 days, the president has 30 days to get our troops out.

A president can cause a lot of mischief during those 90 days.
