It's my thought that it really doesn't matter what group meets or has a party, what REALLY matters is the why it's just one group be it ethnic or otherwise. If it's for fellowship or work etc that's one thing but when the criteria is RACE to the exclusion of all others?
Well, that's when things can get sticky no matter who's holding it...
