This is not a zero sum game as some on both sides would have liked.
Right off the bat, according to Comey's notes, written at the time, Trump lied by saying Comey requested a dinner at the White House to ask to keep his job.
The fact Trump told Comey he was not not involve with hookers in Russia is probably true since he mentioned it.
Also telling that Trump said that if there were some “satellite” associates of his who did something wrong, it would be good to find that out, but that he hadn’t done anything wrong and hoped I would find a way to get it out that we weren’t investigating him.
Both could be true because Trump has no problem throwing his own people under the bus and as indicated, Trump desperately wanted Comey, or any of the Intelligence agencies that to publicly state that he was not being investigated.
Comey also stated that he took the let it go request about Flynn as a drop the Flynn investigation but may be not the wider Russia investigation.
There is some truth on Trump's side (the 3 times Comey told him he was not under investigation - at the time) but for all those who doubted it, Comey's notes do exist.

Waldo you once could focus on what matters:
"What matters is what Comey witnessed – and how he interpreted it at the time. And if what he witnessed leads a reasonable person to conclude that Trump was corruptly attempting to influence the investigation, then we are solidly in impeachment territory."
See despite what you want, the US requires the reasonable person test.
And you are not a reasonable person.
Once you were when you went silent after the tapes were released.
Don't go silent, just listen to the same voice you heard then which forced you to rethink your support.
This is not a zero sum game as some on both sides would have liked.

If this had been Ted Cruz, or Jeb Bush, it would be one thing as they are very seasoned politicians. But this is Trump, with no intent.
The Comey document, released today could not be more damning to President* Trump. In his written statement Comey reveals what was said in his 5 meetings/phone calls with Trump before Comey was fired as head of the FBI. It's a 6 page pdf document, so I'll give a few highlights along withe link to the statement so that folks can read it for themselves and draw their own conclusions without help from Fox or MSNBC:
Now I know that the cons here will want to equate loyalty to the president* with loyalty to the United States. Anyone who makes this mistake is just playing party politics. The FBI, CIA, etc. are independent agencies whose purpose is to be loyal to our COUNTRY, not some government official - up to and including the president.
In addition, why would a man with nothing to hide keep demanding "loyalty" over truth?
Many people see the underlying immorality, corruption, dishonesty and total inapropriateness of the president. But you are attempting to explain this to people who would defend Trump for shooting people in the middle of 5th Avenue. Hopeless.

I love how Trumpers continue to say how nothing in Comeys statements are a big deal...
Yet they would be fuming if Obama or Hillary was on record as having talked to the FBI Director like that...saying they want loyalty and they need to back off from an investigation.

Waldo you can use Google too
Trump started a campaign to run for President as the Reform party nominee in October 1999. He ended the campaign the following February, saying that the party was "dysfunctional" and wouldn't be able to properly support his campaign.
He floated the idea of running for President in 1988, 2004 and 2012 and for Governor of New York in 2006 and 2014.
That is basically six failed attempts in my book. Pulling out early is losing too.
