That thing where lawyers meet with their clients in jail is a real, actual thing.
I have not personally been in jail, myself, but last time I hired an attorney, that attorney didn't ask to have another attorney present because the attorney wasn't comfortable meeting with me alone.
They probably wanted to make sure he didn't dispute their billable hours. He's known for not paying people.

Four top law firms refused to even defend the POS Trump for this investigation!
