Trump is literally the dumbest person on the planet, for real.

I agree with you that government employees that break the law, whether it is Comey or Trump, should be investigated.

The point of the OP is that Trump uses the Courts as a weapon. He threatens and does nothing.

Whether it is threatening quasi-criminal or criminal complaints or filing civil suits it is the same type of behavior.

That is the the point of the OP.

I do appreciate your comments though on getting me to clarify the OP.

Here's How Trump Made His Problems Worse By Taking Legal Action Against Comey

"It’s about those memos. Trump thinks that Comey shouldn’t be allowed to share his own memos with the press.... many legal experts have pointed out that there is no violation of DOJ rules in Comey’s sharing of his memos and there was no attorney-client privilege,

Comey can share his memos with whomever he pleases. They do not include classified information and Trump has denied that the conversations took place, so how can he claim they were privileged. But even if that’s his stance, he didn’t exert executive privilege, and Trump himself forced Comey to share his memos after Trump “defamed” Comey in public.

Trump can’t bring things up on Twitter, accusing people of lying or other nefarious deeds, and then demand that they be silent about the same issue.

Problem with The Donald is that he can't think beyond the immediate. What filing a complaint might lead to...for example, him being interrogated and (further) investigated....never occurs to him. He can't think like that.

The Donald couldn't carry Comey's bags when it comes to being legally literate, smart, and sophisticated. I am thinking Comey would love to have Donald file a suit. He would embarrass the Donald even more than he has done so, to himself, already.

Have you noticed how often trump rolls the dice on lawsuits.

He has been involved with over 3600 Lawsuits and claims to have won most of them. Others say he has lost most of them. Who should we believe the known liar or the Joe Bagagofdocuts who have done these analyses.

Either way, this shows trumps habit of doing something stupid or illegal - almost certainly immoral, then suing the person or companies he has injured - loosing many times.

Is this someone who should be in charge of a nation? What risks will he take with citizens lives on a bet? What imprudent thing will he do next and then think nothing of it because it is just a game to him?

This 'person' needs to be removed from the White House ASAP. I don't even care if Pence has to replace him - he cannot do as much harm.

I also love that leading the charge against Comey is an attorney totally ignorant of federal law, an amateur in that arena, who is one of the only attorneys that will even work with Trump because he handled Trump's divorces. He put out a statement littered with typos and misspellings, something most attorneys would be extremely careful not to do--kind of reminds me of Trump's physician.

This is going from bad to worse, and this is exactly what many people meant when they said Trump doesn't have the temperament to be president. He literally created and produced this s**tshow. He simply cannot rise above anything--he loves wallowing in the mud and that is not going to change, I don't care how many phones they take away from him.
