$100,000? That's a lot of tampons, or whatever.

Likely a card of a wealthy relative with auto pay coming from a very big bank account.

Perhaps the card holder had to agree to the terms of the plea.

Joe Biden’s niece dodges jail after $100K credit card scam

The wild-child niece of former Veep Joe Biden stole more than $100,000 in a credit card scam — and quietly cut a plea deal in Manhattan court that spares her any jail time, The Post has learned.

Using a borrowed credit card, the blonde Caroline Biden set up an unauthorized customer account at Bigelow Pharmacy on Sixth Avenue in Greenwich Village, and racked up the six-figure bill over the course of a year, according to a criminal complaint that does not name the victim card owner.

As part of a plea deal before Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Kevin McGrath, Biden, 29, pleaded guilty to one charge of grand larceny and another of petit larceny and agreed to make restitution of $110,810.04.

If she pays everything back and keeps her nose clean, she can return to court and enter a substitute plea to a lower, misdemeanor charge of petit larceny and be sentenced to two years probation.

This is not her first time in trouble.
She probably will be back in liberal court in NY and gets another pass. It's like the Kennedy family...these libs get away with a lot and way to much.

Not much the court can do when the relative doesn't want to press charges.

The majority of those who serve vote GOP. I would guess that conservatives do their fair share of military service.
As for the rest? I don't think that political affiliation causes anyone to become a pedophile.

That's nothing!

After what appeared to have been a US staged coup d'etat in Ukraine, Joe Biden flew over to meet with Burisma, the largest oil/gas company in Ukraine. Less than one month later, Biden's son Hunter Biden was named to the Board of Directors of Burisma (along with John Kerry's son's college room mate).

Within a month of Biden's son & Kerry's pal being named to Burisma's B.O.D., $23 million of Burisma's money was frozen by British banks as part of money laundering investigations.

As if that wasn't blatant enough, the Obama/Clinton White House refused to acknowledge there was any conflict of interests, when it was brought to their attention.

It's at least her second ride on the Merry Go 'Round.
She has addiction problems ...... and a Platinum Plated "Get of Jail Free" card.

It's all in the article.

CNN (and others) reported in 2014 -
Biden's son discharged from Navy after testing positive for cocaine

A life of privilege & "Do you KNOW who I am!!" is not really a good thing for kiddos.

What a dumb move on her part. All she had to do was set up a fake University or a fake charity (like someone we know) and she could become President !
