So far, the only unglued and crazy ones seem to be those who thought that impeachment was coming.

Silliest thing I've heard since Hillary's "Blue Wall".

And when has this happened before?

I can give plenty of examples of liberals going nuts and rioting.

How many times have Trump supporters gone nuts and rioted?

President Pence is not a bad choice, that would be my reaction.

A two-thirds majority vote will be required for conviction.

So, obviously, in the unlikely event Trump is impeached, he will beat any charges handily, just like every other president who has faced the same ordeal.

And nothing other than his acquittal by the Senate will happen. No riots, no civil war, nothing.

Period.

Except for the wailing and gnashing of teeth by the Lamestream Media.
How so?

Republicans in the Senate would love to see him impeached. That puts Pence in his seat, who would be much easier to get their agenda done with.

With his approval ratings dropping like a rock don't kid yourself. If republicans in the Senate get something solid they'll jump on it.

You Obamites looted and rioted when his term was over and you didn't get your way.

Impeached for what? First you have to prove he's committed a crime. Assuming you did that and he was impeached for a real crime, not just the crime of not being Hillary, most people wouldn't have a problem with it.

Trump doesn't have anywhere near the number of real supporters like liberal nuts would have you believe. Most people who voted for him did it because he wasn't a business as usual politician and more importantly he wasn't Hillary.

I think the answer to this would depend entirely on what he is impeached for. Most Trump supporters are reasonable enough. The ones here... well... But generally speaking, most of them would understand if he were impeached for something that is pretty objectively bad. And given the partisan climate, that's what it would take. Something vague that is technically impeachable won't fly when people like Paul Ryan don't have spines.

No. You actually do NOT have to prove he committed a crime. "High crimes and misdemeanors" doesn't actually mean he has to commit a crime. Its a very old term. You should look it up.

If the Doltin' Don is impeached there will be only a whimper from his erstwhile supporters. Because by the time impeachment were to occur, especially in the Republican controlled house, the nation would want him out. The truth of this fraud would have been revealed for all to see.

WaldoKitty would go broke buying flowers and candles to put on the headstone of his Presidency.
