This was the very same bill that just a bit over a month ago he trumpeted as "incredibly well crafted" - now it's "MEAN"? If it was "mean" - which it IS - WHY was Trump celebrating it?

Seriously, you can't make this stuff up.

"Washington (CNN)President Donald Trump told Republican senators lunching at the White House Tuesday the House-passed health care reform bill he celebrated earlier this year was "mean," a source told CNN.

Good luck getting the GOP to agree on ANY replacement bill. Ain't likely to happen.

Trump made clear multiple times that he was pleased that the Senate negotiations appeared to be moving away from where the House version of the repeal and replace effort ended up, according to three sources familiar with the meeting...]"

I agree with Trump on this. The replacement bill is pretty grim. Now that he's learned more about the bill, hopefully he'll step in and make changes to improve it.

To muddle everyone else? Trump doesn't need beer to be muddled, but apparently everyone else does.

Any sensible R congress critters have to be asking themselves why they should go out on a limb to support him, only to have him call them mean for doing so.

Trump is a stupid, dishonest, whack-job moron - nearly as much so as the people that continue to support him. As time goes on though more and more of all but the dumbest of his supporters will be forced to admit their mistake. We're already seeing that with his plummeting popularity - down, down, down he goes, and he's going to take the entire GOP down with him, and the longer they support him the worse it will be for them come election day. Personally I hope they continue to support him all the way down.

You wish, what he is doing is backing the Senate Bill which is double super secret, when they pass it you will know how they stuck it to ya, or when your policy premiums double.

President Trump supported the House bill because he wanted to move on to the Senate.
He was praising Congress because they crafted a bill that got enough votes.

Yeah, Trump will throw ANYONE under the bus - as he's shown over and over and over again. As he does this to more and more "allies" he's going to lose more and more "allies" willing to stand by his side.
