Just one Example of living in liberal IL
Apparently you don't have a clue about Illinois. Did you happen to check what party the governor comes from? Did you happen to check downstate politics? I'm wasting electrons.

Never mind...

I guess if we just took the guys license and made it illegal to drive without one there is no way he could get a car or operate it.

This post in honor of the anti-gun fascist posts made after the baseball shootings.

Just need some laws, that way we don't have to worry about people getting Meth, crack, heroin etc. or driving without a license and insurance and so forth.

In my county, the first dui arrest, regardless of conviction is a loss of driver's license for 6 months, with a to-from work hardship license available after 90 days. The fines and fees for DUI classes and such total about 10k for a first offense, but that's usually pled down to a misdemeanor.

Third DUI conviction is a felony with mandatory jail time and heavily supervised release after that. Big time fines and fees as well.

More than four and you might as well leave the state or shoot yourself in the head.
